Tourism Industry Survey
As the whole world restarts its tourism industry, Ireland must quickly take the opportunity to save and sustainably develop our local food and beverage heritage in order to provide all visitors, domestic or international, with unforgettable cultural experiences.
We must assist policymakers in planning the economic recovery and, more importantly, to ensure a fair and informed consideration of independent small businesses who support other small businesses all of whom are core to the tourism product.
With this in mind, we have compiled a brief survey to ascertain the value of independent food businesses to the local economy.
